Know it today that your most potent supporters are your your media aids.

Most media aids are aligned fully to their leaders. They don’t stay on the fence. They toil, defending same leadership in print electronic and social media. Media aids cannot hide even at night because theve written and posted in the day.

Some armchair followers are in Party A in the day and party B at night. Media aids dont have that luxury.

After the fireworks, reward media aids sufficiently. DEAR Mr leader!! Reward them adequately. Yes, you can’t support all, you can apply wisdom and tact not divide and rule.

For once, ask a media aid what he/she desire and not what you think. If a child desires bread, fried friend rice will not satisfy him. If same bread is not feasible, explain with leadership….

Leaders MUST change their leadership recruitment and reward system to reflect equity, desire and balance. Leadership is the capacity to make more leaders.
